Who is responsible

Ampleopp Solutions is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. We are based at Flat No 501, SVSN Apartment, Nizampet, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

For privacy questions, requests, or concerns, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”. You may also call +91 93904 09150.

Information we handle

  • Business enquiries: your name, work contact details, company, service requirements, and information you choose to provide by email, phone, or through a meeting request.
  • Job applications: your resume, contact details, qualifications, experience, certifications, availability, and recruitment correspondence.
  • Marketing preferences: your contact details and a record of your opt-in or withdrawal, if you choose to receive marketing.
  • Technical information: hosting and website delivery providers may process IP addresses, browser information, request timestamps, and related security or operational logs when you visit.

Why we use information

We use enquiry information to respond, arrange discussions, assess service requirements, and manage business relationships. We use application information to assess suitability, communicate with candidates, and coordinate recruitment. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, and security.

We use personal information for these stated purposes and for other purposes only where permitted by applicable law or separately agreed with you.

Applications and hiring clients

We review applications for relevant opportunities. Where an opportunity involves a hiring client, we inform the candidate about the proposed sharing and obtain permission before sending their resume or application details to that client. Applying does not by itself authorise unrestricted circulation of your resume.

Hiring clients may handle information under their own privacy practices after receiving it. We can identify the intended recipient before you decide whether to permit sharing. Contact us if you want to withdraw permission for further sharing; information already sent to a hiring client may also require a request to that client.

We ask separately before keeping an unsuccessful application for a longer-term talent pool beyond the standard retention period.

Storage and access

We use company email and, where documents are downloaded or organised, restricted business storage. We do not currently use a CRM. Access is limited to authorised people who need the information for enquiries, recruitment, or business administration.

Email, storage, hosting, and other necessary service providers process information to support these activities. Depending on the provider and the relevant hiring client, processing may take place in India or another country. Contact us if you need details about the providers or recipients relevant to your information.

How long we keep information

Standard enquiry and application retention periods
InformationRetention approach
Inactive sales enquiries12 months after the last meaningful interaction, then reviewed and deleted when no longer needed.
Unsuccessful applications6 months after the hiring decision, then deleted unless the candidate separately agrees to longer retention for future opportunities or retention is otherwise legally required.
Opt-in marketing contactsUntil you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, subject to periodic review. A limited suppression record may be retained to honour your opt-out.

Active client relationships, successful recruitment or employment records, contracts, accounting records, disputes, and legally required records are handled separately according to their purpose and applicable requirements. They are not automatically deleted under the enquiry or unsuccessful-application periods above.

Copies in backups may remain until the normal backup cycle removes them. Information retained for legal reasons is not kept for unrelated marketing.

Marketing and sharing

Promotional emails are opt-in only. Sending an enquiry or applying for a job does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. You can unsubscribe using the option provided in a marketing message or email us to withdraw your opt-in.

We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information for third parties’ independent marketing, including affiliated companies. Necessary service-provider processing and permitted recruitment sharing are different from sharing contacts for marketing.

We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

Website services and external links

The Apollo website tracker has been removed. The website currently requests fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your browser contacting Google’s font services. Hosting and delivery infrastructure may process technical information for site operation and security.

Some consultation links open an external Apollo meeting-booking page. Visiting that page is separate from the removed website tracker, and information you submit there is handled under that provider’s privacy terms. You may contact us directly by email or phone instead.

LinkedIn and Ampleopp TechBuild links take you to separate websites with their own privacy notices. A link or affiliation does not itself authorise us to send them your enquiry or application details.

Your choices and requests

You can contact us to ask about your information, request access or correction, ask for deletion, withdraw marketing or recruitment-sharing permission, or raise a privacy concern. Rights and any exceptions depend on the applicable law and circumstances.

We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity before responding. We will explain if information must be retained for legal reasons or if a request needs to be directed to a hiring client or another provider. Withdrawing permission does not undo processing already carried out.

Email [email protected] and describe your request. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents in your initial message.

Updates to this notice

We may update this notice when our practices or applicable requirements change. The updated date appears at the top of this page.
